How To Make Free-form Asparagus & Potato Tart

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet.

Arrange the asparagus spears and potato slices on top of the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
