Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the grated cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out excess liquid.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.
