Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the grated cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out excess liquid.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve as a dip with pita bread, vegetables, or as a sauce for gyros or grilled meats.
