  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the butternut squash wedges in a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the dukkah spice blend, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the spice mixture over the squash wedges and toss until they are evenly coated.
