How To Make Crostini of artichokes & chives

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil.

Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.

In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chives, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the artichoke mixture onto each baguette slice, spreading it evenly.

Place the topped baguette slices back in the oven for another 5 minutes until the topping is heated through.

Remove from the oven and serve the crostini warm.
