- 1.5 lbs new potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and pat dry the new potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
