  • 1.5 lbs new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and pat dry the new potatoes.

  3. Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  4. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
