How To Make Carrot & Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the carrots and sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Drain the cooked carrots and sweet potatoes and return to the pot.

  3. Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the pot. Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.

  4. Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve hot.
