  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream
  • Sprinkles or chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Slice the brioche buns horizontally in half.

  3. Place the buns on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until they become golden brown.

  4. Remove the buns from the oven and let them cool completely.

  5. Once the buns are cooled, scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto the bottom half of the bun.

  6. Place the top half of the bun on top of the ice cream to create a sandwich.

  7. If desired, roll the sides of the sandwich in sprinkles or chocolate shavings for added flavor and decoration.
