How To Make Mark’s Feed Store’s BBQ Beef Sandwich
Tender, juicy BBQ beef piled high on a toasted bun with tangy sauce and crispy onions.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef chuck roast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/2 cup crispy onion strings
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (if using oven) or preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat (if grilling).

Season beef roast with salt and pepper.

If using oven, place seasoned beef roast in a baking dish and cover with foil. Cook for approximately 60 minutes or until beef is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork. If using grill, grill beef for approximately 30-40 minutes or until beef is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.

Shred beef with a fork and mix in BBQ sauce until meat is well coated.

Toast brioche buns in the oven or on the grill.

Build the sandwich by placing a generous serving of BBQ beef on each toasted bun. Top with crispy onion strings.
