How To Make Maple-Glazed Streaky Bacon in Brioche Bun

- 8 slices of streaky bacon
- 4 brioche buns
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay the streaky bacon slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy.

While the bacon is baking, split the brioche buns and lightly toast them.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the maple syrup until well combined.

Remove the bacon from the oven and brush each slice generously with the maple syrup glaze.
