How To Make Black bean, tofu & avocado rice bowl

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked rice and black beans. Divide the mixture among 4 serving bowls.

Top each bowl with the cooked tofu, sliced avocado, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Serve the rice bowls with additional lime wedges and soy sauce if desired.
