  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 14 oz firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups watercress, washed and trimmed
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Season pork slices with salt and pepper. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add tofu and cook until lightly browned.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Pour mixture over tofu and garlic, stirring well to coat.

  4. Add watercress and bean sprouts to the skillet and cook until wilted.

  5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pork is heated through.

  6. Serve the Pork Tofu with Watercress and Bean Sprouts hot. Enjoy!
