How To Make Barbecue Baked Sweet Potatoes

- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Wash the sweet potatoes and pat them dry. Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush the sweet potatoes with the barbecue sauce mixture, making sure they are well coated.
