  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and pat them dry. Pierce the potatoes all over with a fork.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the sweet potatoes with the barbecue sauce mixture, making sure they are well coated.

  5. Place the sweet potatoes on the grill and cook for about 45 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are tender and cooked through.

  6. Remove the sweet potatoes from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.

  7. Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
