Ingredients

  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the block of feta in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the feta, ensuring it’s evenly coated.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle honey over the baked feta.

  6. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

  7. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
