How To Make Greek Yogurt Artichoke Dip

Enjoy this easy and guilt-free artichoke dip made with fat-free Greek yogurt, and livened up with the taste of parmesan and mozzarella cheese!

  • 13¾ozartichoke hearts,packed in water, drained
  • 2tbspshallots,chopped
  • ¼cupGreek yogurt,fat-free
  • ¼cupHellmann’s light mayonnaise
  • cupParmigiano Reggiano,(Parmesan cheese)
  • 1ozmozzarella cheese,part skim, shredded
  • 2tbspwhole wheat bread crumbs
  • salt and freshly-ground pepper,to taste
  • olive oil spray



    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    2. In a small food processor, coarsely chop the artichoke hearts with the shallots.

    3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped artichokes and shallots, yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Place the mixture in an oven-safe dish and top with breadcrumbs.

    5. Lightly spray the crumbs with olive oil, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

    6. Serve right away.
