How To Make Vegan Tiffin Recipe
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked brown rice
- 1 cup of chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, bell pepper, etc.)
- 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions

In a large pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped vegetables until tender.

Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the cooked brown rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and chickpeas.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the rice and vegetable mixture in the pan and stir well to combine.

Cook for another 5-10 minutes, until everything is heated through.
