How To Make Vegan Bean Chilli Fries
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can of vegan chili
- 1 cup of vegan shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and slice the potatoes into thin fries.

In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the fries are cooking, heat the vegan chili in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through.

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and top with the heated vegan chili.

Sprinkle vegan shredded cheese over the chili and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
