How To Make Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated lime zest
- 3 egg yolks
- Whipped cream and lime slices for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.

Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

In another bowl, whisk together condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth and well combined.

Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 5 hours to set.

Serve garnished with whipped cream and lime slices.
