Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • whipped cream and lime slices for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.

  2. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, making sure it’s evenly distributed.

  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and condensed milk until smooth. Add key lime juice and lime zest, whisking to combine.

  5. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Let pie cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  7. Serve with whipped cream and lime slices, if desired.
