  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks until smooth. Gradually whisk in the condensed milk, key lime juice, and key lime zest until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

  8. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices before serving.
