Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Key Lime juice
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Lime zest, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

In another bowl, whisk together Key Lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pie is set but still slightly jiggly in the center. Allow it to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.
