- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup diced mixed fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, and mango)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
