  • 1 lb pork, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add pork cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Thread the marinated pork cubes and pineapple chunks onto skewers.

  5. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through and browned.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
