Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan cocktail sausages
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, chili powder, grated ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, and vegetable broth.

  3. Place the vegan cocktail sausages in a baking dish and pour the maple glaze over them, making sure they are well coated.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausages are heated through and the glaze has caramelized.

  5. Serve hot as an appetizer or as part of a main dish.
