How To Make Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well and press onto the bottom of a 6-inch springform pan.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until well combined.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Pour mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
