  • 4 large Russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, olive oil, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Toss the potato fries in the Parmesan mixture until evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the coated fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.

  6. Remove the fries from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
