How To Make Spinach Savoury Muffins
These muffins are a flavorful and nutritious snack packed with spinach and savory seasonings.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
