How To Make Mozzarella Salad

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large serving plate, arrange the mozzarella slices and tomato slices in an alternating pattern.
