How To Make Scrambled Egg Stir-Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe combining scrambled eggs, vegetables, and delicious seasonings.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup diced mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the diced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side.

Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and cooked through.

Combine the scrambled eggs with the cooked vegetables in the skillet.

Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
