How To Make Mushroom and Pea Samosas Recipe
Crispy, golden samosas filled with a flavorful mixture of mushrooms and peas – perfect for a quick snack or appetizer!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- Salt to taste
- 12 samosa wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions

Cook the peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add cumin, coriander and garam masala and cook for another minute.

Add the mushrooms and salt, and cook until mushrooms are soft.

Add cooked peas to the mushroom mixture and mix well.

Cut each samosa wrapper in half. Take one half and form a cone. Fill the cone with the mushroom and pea mixture and seal the top.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Once hot, add the samosas and fry until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
