How To Make Ruby Tuesday Prime Rib Recipe
Juicy prime rib seasoned with herbs and roasted to perfection, served with flavorful au jus.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs prime rib roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan and pour beef broth into the pan.

Roast the prime rib for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 325°F and continue to roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes for medium rare.

Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving. Serve with the pan drippings as au jus.
