How To Make Fleming’s Steakhouse Prime Rib Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs bone-in prime rib roast
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped thyme and rosemary.

  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the prime rib.

  4. Place the prime rib on a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare or 140°F for medium.

  5. Let the prime rib rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
