How To Make Pumpkin Spice Scones
Delicious and fragrant pumpkin spice scones that will make your tastebuds dance with joy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.

Add the cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut the circle into 8 equal wedges.

Place the scones onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with a little milk or melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the scones are golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
