Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup low carb ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth it out.

  4. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.

  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
