  • 1 lb beef sausage, sliced
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

  3. Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  4. Add riced cauliflower, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
