How To Make Low Carb Coconut Ice Cream Recipe
A creamy and delicious dessert that is low in carbs and full of coconut flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk (14 oz each)
- 1/2 cup of Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk and sweetener until well mixed.

Add the vanilla extract and sea salt, and continue to stir until the mixture comes to a simmer.

Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
