How To Make Mango, lime & coconut sundaes

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and lime juice. Blend until smooth and set aside.

In a small saucepan, warm the coconut cream over low heat until it reaches a pourable consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

To assemble the sundaes, spoon a layer of the mango puree into each serving glass. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Drizzle the warm coconut cream over the ice cream and garnish with toasted shredded coconut.

Repeat the layers, ending with a dollop of mango puree on top.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
