  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

  4. Mix in almond flour and cocoa powder until fully incorporated.

  5. Pour in heavy cream and beat until filling is smooth and fluffy.

  6. Pour filling into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
