Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, powdered erythritol, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and vanilla extract.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.

  5. Flatten the dough and cut into desired shapes.
