How To Make Low Carb BBQ Ribs Recipe

Delicious and juicy BBQ ribs without the carbs!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of pork ribs
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of low carb BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

  2. Place the pork ribs in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Pour apple cider vinegar over the ribs and cover tightly with foil.

  4. Bake for 2.5 hours.

  5. Remove from the oven and brush the low carb BBQ sauce on the ribs.

  6. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for another 30 minutes uncovered.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
