How To Make Low Carb Chili Recipe

A hearty and flavorful chili recipe without the carbs!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can black soybeans, drained and rinsed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, brown ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add onion, garlic and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir to combine.

  4. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Add black soybeans, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
