How To Make Teriyaki Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make stir-fry dish with juicy shrimp and teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, sugar snap peas, garlic, and ginger. Saute until the vegetables are tender, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the teriyaki sauce to the skillet and stir well.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and vegetables.

Serve the shrimp stir-fry over cooked rice.
