- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

Add beaten eggs and evaporated milk to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until well combined.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
