  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.

  2. Rub steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place steaks on hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium-rare).

  4. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
