  • 4 8oz ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.

  3. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and sear for 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

  4. Add the butter and garlic to the skillet and cook until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.

  5. Spoon the garlic butter over the steaks and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

  6. Roast for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, or until the desired level of doneness is reached.

  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
