How To Make Baked Panko-Breaded Zucchini Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the zucchini into thin fry-like strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each zucchini fry into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the coated zucchini fries on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
