Delicious, high-protein, low-carb meatballs made with ground beef, almond flour and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, oregano, onion powder, salt, pepper and egg.

  3. Roll mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs.

  4. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or toppings.
