  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent.

  4. Stir in tomato sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Add shredded cabbage and cook until tender.

  6. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
