Cooking: 1 hour
Total: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Jollof rice
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  8. Remove the toothpicks from the chicken and serve with the hot peanut and tomato sauce.

  9. Enjoy!
