Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
