Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Melt a pat of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Dip bread slices into the egg mixture, ensuring that they are coated evenly.

  4. Place the soaked bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

  5. Repeat with remaining slices of bread until all are cooked.

  6. Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup on top.
